Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Why Claude and not other AI tools?

Because you don't need five tools used badly. You need one tool used well, and Claude is the one I know deepest. Everything I build with you, you'll be able to run, explain, and hand to a new employee.

What happens in a workflow audit?

Ninety minutes at your desk. We map where your time actually goes, pick the one problem worth solving first, and start solving it on the spot. You leave with your workflows mapped and scored, one solution started, and a written plan. It's useful whether or not we ever work together again.

Do you work with businesses outside the Salt Lake Valley?

Yes. In person across the Salt Lake Valley, virtual anywhere. In person is my favorite way to work, but a virtual session covers the same ground the same way.

Will AI replace anyone on my team?

No. Claude takes the boring parts: drafts, summaries, filing, follow-ups. Judgment, relationships, and final approval stay with your people, and a person reviews anything your clients will see. Your team should be doing the work, not the paperwork.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped in conversation, because a law office's proposal problem isn't a contractor's invoice problem. The workflow audit is the low-cost starting point, and you'll know exactly what anything beyond it costs before you commit to it.

Is my client data safe?

We set rules on day one, in writing, for what client data does and doesn't go into AI. Nothing client-facing goes out without a human review step.

How much time will this actually save me?

Workers using AI report saving about 5.6 hours a week on average. That's the average, not a promise. The audit finds your number, and we measure results on your own work.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Service businesses with roughly 3 to 20 employees: contractors, law offices, property managers, accounting firms, and offices like them. If paperwork eats your week, you're the right fit.
